Blast freezing

Refrigeration system range ("cold" equipment of pastry blast freezers with electronic control) to be fitted on existing isothermal compartments (customer supply).
6 refrigeration systems corresponding to the refrigerating equipment of the FRIGINOX i-Chilling roll-in blast freezers, without condensing unit.
The performance of the refrigeration systems is equivalent to that of the corresponding FRIGINOX blast chiller / freezers models, subject to the fitted isothermal cases being of inside dimensions identical to those of the FRIGINOX blast chiller / freezers. • Combined use:
  - blast freezing +63°C to -18°C core/cycle of maxi 4h30
  - blast chilling +63°C to +10°C core/cycle of maxi 110 min
• R404A refrigerant
  
• Liquid solenoid valve operated by the control, supplied dismantled

• One or two refrigerating evaporators comprising:
  - 1 or 2 refrigerating banks with anti-corrosion treatment (depending on models),
  - 1 or 2 thermostatic expansion valves - supplied dismantled (depending on models),
  - 2, 3, 4 or 6 fans (depending on models) with 304 stainless steel protective grid, mounted on a pivoting stainless steel panel,
  - de-icing by means of stainless steel electrical resistances and forced operation of the fans, safety thermostat,
  - runoff resistance,
  - supply of accessories for fixing the evaporator on a wall of the isothermal compartment (not supplied).
