RANGE DESCRIPTION

• GN 2/1 tray format, maximum weight per tray: 60 kg • Exterior fully made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel • Interior fully made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel • Rails pressed into the walls, 55 mm spacing, 24 levels • Access through a door • Self-closing door • Key lock • Automatic lighting upon door opening • Standard stainless steel feet with 360° weld, adjustable from 149 mm to 209 mm • Insulation with injected polyurethane foam, 80 mm thick, foam density: 42 kg/m³, CFC, HFC, and HCFC-free • Electronic control with digital display, automatic backup, visual alarm, HACCP alarms • Automatic defrost, hot gas defrost for low-temperature models • Hermetic monobloc air-cooled refrigeration unit (for 43 °C ambient) • Built-in ventilated evaporator with anti-corrosion treatment • Refrigerant R290 (propane) • Waterproof control panel • Visual alarm indicators
