RANGE DESCRIPTION

• Rapid cooling from +63°C to +10°C core temperature in a maximum 110-minute cycle or, depending on the model, in an 85-minute cycle • Optional dual-use operation: rapid freezing from +63°C to -18°C core temperature in a maximum 4-hour 30-minute cycle • Touchscreen control with a 7" touchscreen • Control function that automatically stops the fan when the door is opened • Pre-wired electrical box with terminal block • Complete control panel • Air deflector (depending on the model) • One refrigeration evaporator unit comprising: 1 or 2 corrosion-resistant cooling coils (depending on the model), 2, 3, 4, or 6 fans (depending on the model) with protective grilles and stainless steel shrouds, mounted on a pivoting stainless steel shutter • Defrosting via stainless steel electric heating elements and forced fan operation, safety thermostat, heating element Drainage • Supply of accessories for fixing the evaporator to a wall of the insulated enclosure (not included) • 3-point Frigisonde and its support Optional extras: • Expansion valve, solenoid valve and piping • Drip tray with fixing Note: the remote condensing unit and its control system, as well as the connection tubing, are not supplied
